Producer/Artist Scottie Jax Releases “Plan for Tomorrow 3”

Videos

After a brief hiatus, producer/artist Scottie Jax releases the third installment of his “Plan For Tomorrow” mixtape series. His debut “Plan For Tomorrow” featured artists such as French Montana, Styles P, and more! All of the tracks are produced by Scottie Jax himself. What was once an introduction turned into a trilogy.

I felt “Daily” would make a good single because all people can relate to it,” says Scottie Jax. “We all have things we do day to day like work, go to school, etc. It also caters to the title of the project “Plan For Tomorrow 3” because the word daily is relatable to the word “Tomorrow” as you know.”

A “Jax” of all trades. Scottie Jax is a self-taught writer, producer, and video director. Scottie knew that music was his destiny after his 5th grade music teacher noticed the impact a Bach documentary had on him. Scottie regularly uses unique sound effects in his melodies such as trash cans and heartbeats. He made national noise for producing the single “Won’t Go Back” by Max B and worked with members of the Diplomats.

Neal Shoemaker gives you the true Harlem Experience through Harlem Heritage Tours

Events

Native Harlemite Neal Shoemaker, started Harlem Heritage Tours in 1998, after realizing the opportunity that tourism offers Harlem to preserve its culture and contribute to the development of the local economy. All tours and events are conducted by those who were actually born and raised in Harlem. When we started Harlem Heritage Tours twenty years ago, many thought that visitors would be reluctant to visit the community. But to our pleasant surprise, realized that the public was thirsty for authentic experiences presented via the eyes of those who are actually from Harlem.

Customers have expressed to us that they want the heritage of Harlem to come alive.
Working with community partners, such as the Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture, and the Apollo Theater, Harlem Heritage Tours have developed a series of multimedia bus / walking tours that present archival video and sound at the very sight where history happened – this method keeps the human touch while bringing the past to life – this is a first in the industry.

Across the planet individuals and organizations are exploring ways to incorporate community involvement into the design and development of tourism products and services. The goal is to respect the privacy and integrity of those who live and work in Harlem, and at the same time expose visitors to all that makes Harlem special. Because of our sensitivity, we receive more support from grass roots Harlem than any other tourism company in the community.

Over the past ten years we have met people from all over the world and we feel that tourism is a great tool to promote positive domestic relationships and heightened foreign diplomacy.

We look forward to another exciting twenty years in the business and look forward to seeing you in Harlem soon. Mr. Shoemaker can be reached at email: [email protected] and www.harlemheritage.com

Roadrunner TB Releases “Grow” Video

Videos

Growing up on the East Side of Cincinnati, life wasn’t easy for Terrance Christopher Byrd Jr., better known as Roadrunner TB. Brought up by his grandma, TB lived in the infamous Saint Ledgers Apartment Buildings. From a young age he knew that his only options were to either play sports or sell drugs. Making it inevitable for TB to get involved in the streets. Gifted in basketball and football, he soon realized his chances to go pro were slim after tearing his acl. As a kid, TB began freestyling with friend, and collaborator Roadrunner Savy.

While balancing minimum wage jobs and college, TB began “road running” hoping to carve out a better life for his young daughter. Being the realist that he is, he became conscious that rap would be his only way out of Evanston. With Roadrunner Savy by his side, TB locked in the studio and completed “STL Stories” and dropped the viral hit “33.” As Cinematic Music Group’s newest signees, the team hopes to put Cincinnati and their “blender music” on the map.
