[New Album] Lord D’Andre – Lord Hendrix

Lord D’Andre Just Released a Project That Challenges The Unwritten Rules of Hip-Hop/Rap Music

Lord D’Andre
… is an artist who isn’t afraid of pushing boundaries. Emerging from a small Georgia town called East Dublin, Lord has received looks and mentions from some major artists such as Future, Lil Keed, Blueface Bleedem, Waka Flocka, Trinidad James, Lotto Savage, and more!
Lord D’Andre has recently been gaining a lot of attention, not only because of his dark, god-like aesthetic, but mostly due to his immense musical capabilities. He is one of the first [predominately]Hip-Hop artists to successfully merge good old fashioned Rock & Roll with Rap/Trap music, and he does this in such a way that the music barely fits within the confines of either genre but is still enjoyable by fans of either.

As if Lord D’Andre’s unique production and vocal delivery isn’t already enough, he can often be seen shredding his guitar while simultaneously singing or rapping. This factor alone sets him apart from many of todays acts. Lord’s warm voice gently weaves through the rhythms of his guitar to create a genre of its own, in which he likes to call, “Trap ‘N Roll.”

Today, I would like to present to you Lord D’Andre’s newest effort, “Lord Hendrix”. This project is a genre-blending musical fusion of two opposing worlds. Much more than just an album; it is an experience. Lord Hendrix features narration from the late Jimi Hendrix, and is Written, Recorded, Produced, & Arranged by Lord D’Andre himself.

Texas rapper BiNG drops new album ‘At It Again’

HOUSTON, TX – Joseph Guillory, AKA BiNG, is an artist with a truly original sound. Unlike anything else out there in the world of Hip Hop, his use of distorted instrumentals paired with rhythmic flows creates an intriguing sound that is causing new listers all over the South to sit up and pay attention. And now with his new album “At It Again,” this Texas-based musician is offering a compilation of his works in an effort to share that one-of-a-kind sound with a wider global audience.

Featuring all of his best music to date with a couple of radio-ready tracks, “At It Again” shows off BiNG’s ability to turn a phrase and have fun with witty wordplay. His style is in-your-face and aggressive with a sound to match, but at the end of the day, it doesn’t come across as offensive or off-putting. Quite the contrary, really, as this Down South boy is really just a normal guy on the microphone sharing stories of his life in as creative of a way as he can.

“I use more of a futuristic tone to my music,” he said. ‘Sometimes it’s too far in the future for people to like. It’s a very progressive sound but at the end of the day, what I go for is something that sounds good. I’m gonna rap about a lot of different things – depression or being a player or just everyday things that happen in life. But ultimately, I’m trying to do something that sounds good and is enjoyable to people.”

BiNG first started writing music in the 90s and spent much of that decade developing his unique sound and style. He was inspired by the legendary crew Public Enemy, and has always been enamored by the hype energy of Flava Flave. He also studied greats like Tupac and Biggie, and found his own brand of swag by trying to emulate the swag of Biggie Smalls. One of the singles on his new album, “Raise Up,” is an homage to Biggie and even samples some of his style at certain points throughout the song.

“I came up dreaming of being a one-hit wonder, and there is power in that when you own the rights,” BiNG said. “I’m 41 now and I’ve decided to take my music more public because I’m getting ‘Do it’ and ‘Oh, it’s good comments from Rap lovers who hear my stuff. I’m in it for the pussy and the money. I have a love for black women. I’m a mad man who started out in a mad clan after solo writings, and I’m a one-man clan now. I’m loud and in your face and flipping and have more wordplay than you know what to do with.

Staying true to real Hip Hop, artist J-Carter releases “Hip Hop Till I Die”

Album

A man of the people, the music and the traditions of Hip Hop itself, J-Carter is an East Coast rapper set on maintaining the history and culture of Hip Hop. Recently, he has released his fourth album “Hip Hop Till I Die” with 48 tracks, each one presenting its own story and sound. It is truly a work of passion created for those who are just as in love with the music as he is.

Beginning at a young age, Carter has long been an avid writer. “I kinda just fell into it. You know what I’m saying, I was young. I just started writing. I couldn’t put the pen down. So it’s kind of like it’s in my blood, it’s in my DNA to make music.” Music was something that seemed to come easily to him. “I don’t try. This stuff just comes to me. I can be sitting there in a store and all of a sudden a song will just come to me and I have to find a piece of paper and write it down before I lose it.”

Carter believes that Hip Hop has strayed from its original definition. “It seems to me that the genre has strayed a little bit from what traditional Hip Hop is. You know what I mean? That realness that comes from the streets and the powers that be, I think now it’s gone away from that.” This belief is why he decided to create “Hip Hop Till I Die.” “I’m doing it for the people. For Hip Hop … For that traditional Hip Hop that people fell in love with.”

The original plan for “Hip Hop Till I Die” was that it was only supposed to have 26 songs, still a larger project than many other albums available today, but almost half the size of the finished product. Carter accredits this to his creativity and excitement about the music that he was making. “I just kept making songs that we’re so good I couldn’t leave them off. I have so much to say and my album… Every song tells a story of its own.”

In Carter’s opinion, success in his career is not defined by his streams, followers or fanbase, but rather, by his ability to create and put together music that he can be proud of on his own. “Real success comes when that song comes to you and you put it down on paper and record it in the studio and then put it all together and you get that finished product. That comes out as success whether you have millions of fans or you’ve only got one. An artist does it because they love it.”

With what is now four albums released, Carter is able to reflect on the music he’s created and what it has done for him and for his audience. “I’m that rapper who spits for the people. That’s the theme, that’s always been my theme. Take Hip Hop on. The theme is keeping Hip Hop in the music. Keeping the realness for the people…” He is truly an artist who strives to make music for the people who are true lovers of the genre and culture of Hip Hop.

A Royal Priesthood: Nucci Reyo Enlists Jim Jones to Engage The Streets

Mainstream Hip Hop Culture Catapults the Community into a “Faith-Fresh” Direction.

 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 9/4/2020

LEHIGH VALLEY, PA:  The 2020 summer of Covid and racial unrest finds its culmination within the widely-anticipated release of Hip Hop artist Nucci Reyo’s project, “This Far By Faith,” scheduled to be released September 4, 2020, on all digital platforms including Godify. Featuring music by The Heatmakerz- whose endless credits include; Dipset Anthem (Diplomats), Tha Carter II (Lil’ Wayne), Trap House (Gucci Mane), and On My Way To Church (Jim Jones), the EP also features GRAMMY-nominated songwriter and R&B success Eric Roberson who is known for having pioneered the independent movement in R&B/soul. The collaborative components of musical artistry and genius along with the awe of seeing Jim Jones and Heatmakerz jump on a gospel mixtape, at minimum, is warranting curiosity from all levels within the Hip Hop industry and culture.

“Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it?” This scripture in the book of Isaiah remains familiar within the traditional church community- and today, these words are being pronounced to the streets as the door of liberation desperately sought after in a time of injustice and the deep need to connect to something greater. There has been much discussion about who in the industry would be the next artist to join Nucci Reyo on the gospel side, to which Nucci states, “We all are from church, some just lost their way. It’s time for us to come home.” Nucci continues to explain, “The project title, This Far By Faith, was named with the hopes that the music would spark the memories of artists, fans, and executives within the hip hop community that reminds them of who they are… Weve Come This Far By Faith, was one of my favorite songs that I use to sing in the choir and now I am using it as bait for those wandering in the dark and off the path.” Nucci brought in RocNation artist and hip hop legend, Jim Jones, to host the project because his roots also begin in a church-going family and he knows the power of faith. Jim Jones grounds the project with a thoughtful reflection of where he is on his journey of faith and provides timely encouragement to the people needing hope: “Faith in God will determine your fate, hold each other up because they have been holding us down too long,” he concludes on the last track of the project.

Nucci Reyo made his transition from secular hip hop into more of a “Kingdom Artistry” genre over a decade ago, knowing that God was saving him from the culture to eventually come back and be an effective influence within the industry and culture he loves so much. Nucci spent time building Godify, the world’s first Christian streaming App and platform where true ground-breaking projects such as This Far By Faith can be enjoyed by hip hop fans (and all genres) looking to embrace powerful music that connects them to the Good News of the Kingdom.

Something unique and exciting is being pushed forward by a generation of new priests, outside the walls of the church- and into the streets in a time where everyone is feeling the distress and looking to bold leadership with messages that can lead people out of the dark and into change. Download This Far By Faith on all digital platforms on Sept. 4, 2020, and learn more about Godify,  Nucci ReyoThe HeatmakerzEric Roberson, and Jim Jones by clicking on their respective links.

Nashville, Tennessee Classic Williams’ newest project “Summer Pack 2020” which is a sequel to his stellar offering “Summer Pack” released in the summer of 2019 is a bop heavy marvel from start to finish. Comprising seven songs recorded during the beginning of the quarantine period this year. He’s a jack of all trades stylistically, which is a fitting analogy of the diverse cultural movement of artists coming from Nashville even though albeit unbeknownst to the majority of the country. If Classic Williams is the sign of things to come then that will change very soon. Summer Pack 2020 is a solid and cohesive project and we look forward to more to come.
