Tre Hoover Releases New Video for IDK @Tre_Hoover

Videos

Tre’Von Hoover who goes by the stage name Tre Hoover aka MopTopp hails from Ohio. Born and raised in Cleveland, Tre Hoover is getting set to become Rap’s very first VibeStar! In the direction that music has been heading nowadays, it’s very rare that new artists can come into the game and break the norm. Tre Hoover is one of those artists that bring innovation into music by pushing the game to a brand new level with his genre combining music style.

His vocals allow him to bring melodic cadence along with grungy singing that makes his music stand out from the rest. Since Hip-Hop was his first love, that gives him the upper-hand with approaching his tracks with diverse lyricism and catchy hooks to make different music styles ranging from Hip-Hop/R&B/Chill-Hop to Alternative/Soft Rock/Pop to really just a combination of any of them. “I couldn’t hold myself back by only making one style of music when there are so many different ways for people to feel and so many different moods for people to go in when listening to music. That’s why music is a Universal Language.

All I’m doing is making music that will be an unforgettable experience for listeners by bringing different moods & vibes with my music for their ears. That’s why I call myself a VibeStar, I’m giving all of my listeners different vibes with the music I make.” – Tre Hoover He is the first proclaimed VibeStar in the game & he wants the music he makes to be timeless. Tre Hoover will be around for a very long time – don’t sleep. Being inspired by his father, 3FT, CEO of Smokehouse Beats LLC, Tre Hoover started creating Hip-Hop and Rap in 2006.

However, his music career really started in 2014. His motivation to take his music career more serious came from his Brother/Best friend, Jordan. In the middle of 2016, Jordan passed away which made Tre Hoover motivated to go even harder. His motivation continues to grow through his brother Jordan. Tre Hoover graduated from Cleveland Central Catholic High School and attended college at Akron University for a year then decided he wanted to go hard full-time on his music career.

Tre started off experimenting different sounds with his music by intertwining melodic vocals with Hip-Hop lyricism over R&B beats. He found there were many ways that he could combine different genres and sounds to get the best outcome for the song’s vibe. Tre is truly an amazing artist with a great personality that got popular with his debut single “MopTopp”, which was released through Elevator magazine, Daily Chiefers, and thisis50.com in May 2016, with over 100k plays in the first year. He performed in many shows in 2016 to Present. He also went on 4 City Tour: Chicago, West Virginia, Pittsburgh, and Akron in 2016.

Tre followed up with the release of his first EP “Drugrats”, released in January 2017. His single “Madonna” was aired on Radio One Station, Z107.9, multiple times throughout 2017. Also in 2017, Tre performed at Coast2CoastLive as a Featured Artist 2x, once in February & once in April. He performed at DYNMCN Music Conference in Atlanta, GA in the month of July 2017. He performed at SXSW for the first time in 2016 & then again in 2017. In August of 2017, Tre Hoover was also the opening act for Lil Uzi Vert in Columbus, OH.

Tre Hoover released his newest single “Call Your Name” in December 2018. Tre Hoover interviewed on iHeart Radio 106.7 The Beat with Midwest Mally in January 2019 with the release of “Call Your Name”. Be sure follow Tre Hoover that way you don’t miss out on music’s next big star!

About the future he said, “I just plan to keep creating new sounds, new vibes, & new music for my fans to keep them inspired and motivated.”

Officialvybe – What I’m Used Too

ME Blog, Music, Promo, Videos

OfficialVybe overcomes near-death experience to create music that inspires others

ROCKFORD, IL – Just a few years after being in a coma for 47 days due to open heart surgery, Midwest rapper OfficialVybe has launched himself back on the music scene with a handful of hit singles. His most recent is the motivational track “What I’m Used To,” which launched wide across all streaming platforms earlier this year. It’s a song that announces to the world that he’s back in a major way and that his music today is a more mature and thought-provoking offering than his early work. The upbeat production created by Grammy Award winner Wyshmaster creates a one-of-a-kind experience that is sure to have people up on their feet and motivated to take on the obstacles that so often get in the way of realizing one’s dreams.

OfficialVybe is a rapper who initiated his craft under the guidance of Russell Barbary. He’s worked with Grammy winners such as Matty Trump and Wyshmaster, and has worked hard to develop an international presence so that today his music can be found being played in more than 120 countries worldwide. His sound is different because of his versatility. He does different sounds on different tracks, and he can switch up his voice to make it sound like he’s someone with whom fans aren’t familiar; and then he’ll come back with a sound that everybody likes. He’s constantly keeping his audiences on their toes.

“I want to cater to different types of fanbases,” he said. “The more people I can reach, the better. My voice has changed over the years. It used to be deeper but after my surgery, it changed dramatically. I feel like people can hear me more clearly now, and I’m able to switch things up more often from track to track.”

OfficialVybe said ultimately he wants his music to be known for inspiring others. With “What I’m Used To” for instance, he uses his artistic gift to motivate people to push past their problems and overcome the obstacles in their lives so as to achieve the goals they have before them. He points to his own life and the many challenges he’s pushed aside as an example that if he can do it, anyone else can, too.

“For people who go through serious relationships and end up with a broken heart, my music can help them get over being heartbroken,” he said. “I make a lot of love songs. I make a lot of ambition songs. I make songs that inspire you to go out and get that money. Anything that’s gonna move the crowds, that’s what my music is about. I make music people can relate to. And whatever I make, I want it to affect them in entirely different ways. Mostly, I want people to vibe to my music and to be inspired.”

OfficialVybe said he’s getting ready to shoot a music video for “What I’m Used To,” and then has plans to follow that up with a second single called “Thought It Was Love.”

Stu Hustlah – Servin Servin

Blog, Industry Spotlight, ME Blog, Music, Promo, Videos

Stu Hustlah serves feel-good vibes with new single, album ‘Servin Servin’

SURPRISES, AZ – Most entrepreneurs around the world know that when you’re in business for yourself, you’re always serving somebody. You could be serving your time, or your attention, or your merchandise, or any number of other things to a wide range of audiences. For Stu Hustlah, that philosophy comes with a high class of customer service and a high class of music. The West Coast artist with a Midwest feel brings an out-of-this-world level of excellence to his unique sound and style, all with an eye for giving fans the best kind of music he can possibly give.

That’s the mentality behind his latest single, “Servin Servin,” which is currently available across all streaming platforms. Self-dubbed as an up-tempo club-ready vibe that fuses Midwest Hip Hop with a hint of a Down South beat, “Servin Servin” is about all the little things it takes to be successful in life and to achieve one’s dreams.

“When you really want something, you usually say it twice,” Stu said of the song title. “When you say it twice, it’s like putting an emphasis on it. That’s the idea behind this song. It has a good meaning to it and a good feel, as well.”

There’s no doubt that Stu Hustlah is passionate about what he does. He’s been making music since middle school, when he dropped his first CD and got some major praise from his community in Fort Wayne, Indiana where he started his career. Since that time, he has developed his sound into what is today his own unique and signature style. He mashes a little bit of everything together – underground, but not hard core. Gangsta Rap but mixed with family vibes. He even has songs that make people cry. And as he has shared those sounds with fans all over the U.S., he has slowly gathered a large following. Today, he’s looking to take that notoriety to the global stage, and “Servin Servin” is just one of many singles with which he hopes to do that.

“My music is all about making people motivated,” he said. “I want to help people get up and do whatever it is they do. Some people wake up and go straight to the gym, or to school, or work, or raise kids, or do nothing, or shoot dice, or sell weed … my music is for everybody. Even if you’re going through some struggles at times, I can relate to people who struggle. I went through some things at times when I was hurting. I have songs about people who have died in my life. I got songs that can make you get up and laugh, or dance, or cry – whatever you want. My music is motivational music for everybody.”

Chevaughno Glaves – Blaze It

Blog, Industry Spotlight, ME Blog, Music, Promo, Videos

Jamaican-born songwriter and producer pairs energy with lyricism on lit new track ‘Blaze It’

HARTFORD, CT – Energy and lyricism are a powerful pair that take center stage with every song from Jamaican-born artist Chevaughno Glaves. His latest hit single, “Blaze It” is a perfect example of how adept he is at creating that pairing in ways that are pleasing to the ear. The upbeat vibe is the very definition of energy, and the lyrics display a deft ability to turn a phrase and use strategic wordplay to share his message.

Known for his short one-to-two-minute singles that he strings together into larger projects, Glaves has been making music for the better part of the last 10 years. Born in Jamaica, he came to the U.S. at around age 6 and started getting into Hip Hop when his cousin introduced that genre of music to him. By age 12, he and his cousin were in the basement producing and writing their own songs, and he hasn’t looked back since. Music quickly became his only form of expression and a way for him to stay out of trouble. It even helped him build interest among his classmates in high school for the construction of the school’s first-ever studio.

“My focus in my craft has always been to challenge and outdo myself constantly,” he said. “I never studied music theory or how to count bars – sound just naturally spoke to me. My form of writing is kind of conversing with the listener through sound. Now I combine lyricism with energy, and that has definitely gotten more evolved over the years as I create. With this project, I just want to show my creative ranges and challenge myself to execute them well.”

Glaves said it has only been recently that he’s started incorporating some of his native Jamaican island sound into his music, as well. He’s started to incorporate a lot of Patois (the native language of Jamaica) into his music, and is even writing in Patois for some songs. A lot of the messages he brings through his music are about inspiring others to rise above their station in life and pursue education as that leads to better opportunities in life.

“Where I’m from in St. Elizabeth (Jamaica), you’re grateful and lucky to continue education,” he said. “Getting to come to the U.S. and learn English and master the language is interesting and makes me want to push lyricism to where people can enjoy it. I want to be progressive and new and I want my music to be known for its creativity. One of my goals is to approach music worldwide in terms of being a songwriter who can write and produce for any genre. I know that if I put my mind to it, I can accomplish anything – and I want other people to feel that way when they listen to my music.”

“Blaze It” is currently available across all digital streaming platforms, and will be followed in the coming months with even more singles, Glaves said.

Pennyweather – Cocaine Dreams

Blog, Industry Spotlight, ME Blog, Music, Promo, Videos

International producer blends bevvy of sounds for original style on new single ‘Cocaine Dreams’

BRISBANE, AUSTRALIA – Pennyweather is a producer and songwriter from Brisbane, Australia whose talent not only includes crafting infectious songs that straddle the Pop and Indie divide, but who is also known for finding amazing international artists to collaborate with. His latest hit single, “Cocaine Dreams,” a collaboration with Polar Beats, is a perfect example of this one-two punch of artistry. Featuring vocalist Christian Enjel, “Cocaine Dreams” is an ethereal vibe that mixes Hip Hop and Pop elements for a mellow groove ready-made for kicking back and chilling. It’s a song about the euphoria of finding someone who is your soul mate and who promises you the world. Through twists and turns of fate and without any warning whatsoever, that person leaves you and it’s over. The song explores the extreme emotional swings of highs and lows that come with some relationships.

Pennyweather said, “It’s about finding and trusting someone to love, the high of that connection and the feeling of abandonment and isolation when it crumbles through your fingers and turns to dust. The questions, the replaying of conversations, and the desperate attempt to bury the pain and rise again…”
The song, which was released on all streaming platforms at the end of 2020, is a precursor to three new releases Pennyweather has slated for the first half of 2021. He’s been building a steady international audience since he launched his first solo project in April 2020 on which he showcased an ability to master everything from soulful R&B, to minimalist Pop, to good-time grooves that evoke images of artists such as The Wknd, Khalid, Billie Eilish, Post Malone and even Ariana Grande. ROCKDAFUQOUT described his style as “an interesting blend between commercial appeal and indie flare, carving a lane of his own one track at a time.”

“Music is just a burning passion for me,” he said. “I don’t really have any control over it to stop. It’s the first thing I think about in the morning and the last thing I think about at night. I’m trying to channel those energies into something productive and make something of it. As people start to become familiar with my work, they will come to expect the unexpected, always switching up moods and styles and not being scared to move outside the traditional Pop themes of love and sex. At the end of the day, I make well-crafted Pop and Indie songs that people can really get their teeth and ears into.”

Pennyweather said the first of the next three tracks is about a month away from release. It’s called “Killed My Love” and has a definitive Wknd vibe in that it’s dark, sexy, and perfect for late night vibes. Another track called “There With You” will follow shortly after. It’s a song about the ache of missing someone and has more of a Maroon 5 feel to it. The last of the trio of songs he has planned for release in the coming months is “Big, Big Love, which is a Pop and Dance song about finding that special someone who gives you more love than you’ve ever had before.
