(@5tash_ ) Debut Album “I, 5TASH BANK$
Mixtapes1.21.21 was the big day, with the Epic Debut landing on the 21st day of the 21st year, of the 21st Century! A date that will truly be remembered, when it’s all said and done, and we’re even more excited to reveal that we had an exclusive leak on the Project’s actual tracklist! This EP will be 5tash’s first project with features from none other than the “Folkz” themselves. “Greenfolkz! an ATL based Label & Collective Group of Independent Artists led him, “5tash”, – Ryan Lamar Alexander, consisting of “Yoxay”- Joseph Allen, also from Prince George’s County, Maryland, “Odashow”- Oluseyi Olaore, Outta Cincinnati, Ohio, of “MT!“-Marcus Thomas, a native ATLien, “LunLun”- Lunden White, “Glorious Queen“- Carolyn Simpson, and Producers “Brutus The Melodist“,-Joshua Branden Welch, another native ATLien, “Yung Swizx“, Brian Hardwick of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania & “knykeys”, Kenneth Reyes, from Guatemala. Amongst the group’s projects “C.O.V.1.D.E.N.T.I.A.L.”, “THE WINTER’$ CIRCLE” and their latest album “GFZPL” this project will be 5tash’s first Solo project.
“I, 5TASH BANK$” has been long awaited by the masses, and even more so, due to the fact that he’s been teasing fans all the way since late 2018 through 2019 & this year, with singles off the project such as “Benjii Frenzy” featuring Dionta Sullivan a.k.a. “Yung Caf”, and “ADAYGO” featuring Pluggy Simmons, and Redface & Tsunami of the Formula Gang. Not to mention “Sha’Bang!”, “1-8” and “MOUTHWALK” featuring XLG OFFICIAL & Jigga Flames, and more recently with the releases of “BIG 5TASH”, “ONR” (Chase Young ‘17), & his newest single “NO HOES” respectively. We also have discovered from his camp that he currently has plans to create Videos/Visuals for close half of the songs on the project.
The EP is a masterpiece, content & production-wise to say the absolute least. The very distinct and familiar Intros to each song definitely give the project character and are reminiscent of another DMV Native, Wale’s More About Nothing, Series. And to say that this body of work may very well be all the “Maryland Dreadhead with Sacks” needs to gain the attention of the real industry heavy hitters & send him on his way to true stardom. With an assorted cast of production on the album from the likes of Princeamgn, Lito, Purls, Yung Glizzy, Guierrmo, 183realchance and of course his seemingly go to guys as of late, RXKZ & Joshua Branden Welch aka Brutus the Melodist.
“I, 5TASH BANK$” highlights n captures a unique and yet complex sound not quite heard or seen by the likes of anyone ever before. With his distinct flows, unorthodox cadences, and clever / beyond whit bars; the kind you have to play back a few times to catch; over an array of gritty beats meshed with a multitude of smooth sounds all to the very “Low” key that is 5tash, no pun intended. Executive Produced by the DMV native, Brutus The Melodist, & the Atlanta southside’s very own, Annie O, the EP consists of 15 original records with the ever so coveted leaked tracklist below. 5tash definitely out did himself with this one and came thru with some major heat to start up and kick off 2021 in a very strong way. “I, 5TASH BANK$” may go down as one of 5tash’s best projects when it’s all said and done but only time will be able to tell. So why don’t you decide for yourself and take a listen because if your reading this the wait is almost Over!

Akee Fontane “Respected” Feat. Da Baby Visual @iamfontane
VideosAkeem Coston, known by the world as Akee Fontane is a rapidly-emerging American hip-hop artist from Wilmington, Delaware who’s attracting attention for his deeply creative vibe and unique lyrical flows.
Fontane began his journey towards becoming an artist when his older brother Keon put a pen in his hand at just five years old. By age 12, he was freestyling in rap battles, developing the skills to instantly express himself over any type of track. Fontane can rock a club banger but can also show listeners a more personal part of himself through lyrics pulled from the events of his life, including being put out on the street at 17 and surviving in a city where a 21st birthday is not guaranteed. These experiences give Fontane and his music a toughness that’s authentic and original.
His latest releases, Big Dreams Small City (distributed by Pure Luxury Ent.) and G.A.B.O.S dropped in 2019 to major acclaim but multiple platforms. Big City Small Dreams was produced by Grammy-nominated Atlanta producer The Shoota. Taking inspiration from icons like Tupac, Biggie Smalls, and Jay-Z as well as other up-and-comers like himself, Fontane has crafted a set of music that is fresh, real, and relevant.
Akee loves performing for his fans and absorbing their energy. He always gives them everything he has. He’s driven to succeed by his love for his son and by the memories of surviving the bitter Eastern winters that built his character at an early age. Akee Fontane is an important and inventive voice in the state-of-the-art music world of today.
Not able to shoot a regular video because of social distancing, Akee decided on an animated video. The animated visual for “Respected” was edited by Bucks Baga.
His latest project “G.A.B.O.S (Game Ain’t Based On Sympathy)” is out on all major platforms.

[New Single] 5tash- “NO HOE$” @5tash_
MusicINSTAGRAM- @5tash_
The intro to the “NO HOE$” is very reminiscent to that of Roscoe Dash’s “No Hands” and rightfully so given the upbeat southern swang, baseline, and overall vibe. With the song titles looking quite similar in spelling to boot. 5TASH, as always, goes crazy on this one, boasting that deep voice of the DMV over a very clublike-twerk type of beat. Much like the rest of the upcoming EP, this record was Executive produced by Joshua Branden Welch, aka “Brutus the Melodist” and 5tash.
The “Deep Voice of the DMV” talks about how he seems to very unbelievably, have “NO HOE$” and how everyone thinks he’s lying. Gotta admit it’s hard to believe him but the Anthem is truly a work of genius, as it works both ways; in the sense that listeners who actually do have “HOE$” as well as the ones who indeed don’t, can both equally enjoy the lyrics and song from their own unique perspectives. This is a very hard craft to execute or master and 5tash seems to hit the nail right on the head with this one. “NO HOE$” as a record, cleverly embodies just what it’s like to be a person that everyone always assumes has “other options” and dealing with those kinds of consequences. It also serves an Ode to staying focused, “Keeping it P” as he calls it and loving lots of money, more than lots of women. “Me I Be F’ing a Check” says it all right there. This record is for those who are more satisfied by the company of “commas” over that of those who scream the words “Periodt!”.
“NO HOE$” looks to be the last Single off of 5tash’s self-titled Debut EP “I, 5tash Banks” releasing in later this month. But who knows for sure, we can only wait and see what more is in store but in the mean and between time, definitely be sure to check out this certified Hit, now available on all digital platforms/outlets!
