[Single] Dyamondz ‘The One’ Ft. Mike Smiff

Music

Dyamondz – Passionate and Ambitious Musician

“Life has pounded me down and thrashed me around, time and time again. But, I still love life, just as the earth still loves the rain.”

-Suzy Kassem

Tymesha Troutman, aka Dyamondz, has lived by this philosophy and has served her well. Born on February 17th, 1997, in Florida, a true Gen Z with an abundance of musical talent, Dyamondz grew up in a big family and had an excellent relationship with her siblings.

Since she was brought up in a big family with values and care, she learned to take care of people around her and respect others and own self priority. Undeniably, these values have helped her to develop into the fine person that she is.

She believes in learning lessons life gives you and nurture from them, and develop as we progress in life. Indeed, she has wavered her way through adversity initially, which has made her nothing but strong, as substantial as Diamond.

Firstly, she never believed in her talent, and with self-doubt, he continued her education and finished college. Because she believed her music would not be enough for her as survival in career and life. Meanwhile, she made music whenever she can and kept pursuing her passion as a hobby.

Despite the uncertainty, she kept listening to music in all forms, mostly R&B and hip-hop, of all great musicians and learns significantly from listening to the works of maestros. Easily one of her all-time favorite band is The Weekend and listening to them gives great pleasure.

Meanwhile, she finds solace in creating her music whenever she can; it was always intended as a leisure pursuit. After any day that took a toll on soul and mind, she would wind down her day with music creation and listening to recharge and nourish her soul.

One day, while she was listening to her recording of the track “Nobody,” she realized whatever she would not measure up to music. While listening to the track, realization dawned on her that she must drop all pretend to try to be better at anything else.

When her friends and family listened to her music, they were in awe of the creation. While it gave her the affirmation, this affirmation was probably the only push she needed to start her self-realization journey and pursue her passion.

From that point on, she has been creating music and writing songs, day and night, and this new transformation is exceptionally refreshing and feeding the creative process.

While she has created many upbeat tunes and has only gotten better in her craft, recently she collaborated with a great musician, and now a friend. She collaborated with Mika Smiff for a song, “The One.”

She has a great feeling about this song, and she believes even Mike Stiff was in a completely different element, and they together have created something huge.

She is extremely content about how her life shapes with her music and sends a massive shout-out to Stryngz for being the guide, the energy that directed her towards her passion.

[Video] The Real Simba ‘Bounce’

Videos

Aiming high with every bit of energy and infectious sound design as any of the big hip hop anthems from the past 24 months, The Real Simba rides the wave with confidence and style.

Bounce offers precisely the rhythm and simple optimism its title implies, proving an easy go to for volume and carefree high energy.

Pouring through with a uniquely recognizable leading riff, a little nineties-esque in its character and simplicity, Bounce goes on to utilise vocal rhythm and personality, multiple layers of voice, to make up the bulk of this concise two-minute outburst.

The whole thing hits with impact and a decidedly professional finish, which allows those high volumes to really bring through the style and energy in an immersive way.

For the contemporary hip hop fan, The Real Simba ticks a lot of boxes. The clarity of his vocal sound is also pretty refreshing right about now. A worthy contender for 2020’s growing playlist.

[Single] Camo – Day Dreamin

Music

Music is the eternal field of talent and recreation, and one of the most popular parts – genre – of music is Hip Hop. That is what has been the passion of Camo – and he is working hard for it.

Rodney Walker Jr. was born on 13th April 1984 in Jacksonville, Florida, USA. Rodney discovered his passion for music and songwriting when he was just nine years old. He used to do poetry and craft lyrics. Rodney adopted the stage name as “Camo” out of the inspiration of his favorite artist, Mac, a former band member of No Limit. Mac used to talk about fallen artist Camouflage, which inspired Rodney a great deal – therefore, he chose to pay homage. Mac wasn’t the only artist of the late 20th century that inspired Camo. Camo grew up listening to an American rapper Method Man who encouraged him to make his own songs. And once he started writing his songs, he didn’t stop.

Camo has worked on a lot of musical projects as a “ghost producer,” but Non-Disclosure Agreements always bound him to share his diverse, creative experience. After 18 years of working in the music industry without any name, Camo decided it was finally time to show the world what has he got and who he is. Camo created something of his own

in 2008 named UnOccupied Space – it was his first mixtape.  At the same time, he was living through the most troubled period of his life. He had lost three of the closest people of his life – and wanted to give up. But Camo has never been the one to give up; he kept struggling.

Camo is all set to drop his new project named I.G.H.T.Y on 5th November 2020. It would be his big break, a milestone not all cannot reach, and a brief eye-opener. Camo put a lot of effort into this project; he has worked on it with great producers and musical artists. It was almost impossible to create because Camo had gone through major surgery in 2015. Camo was involved in a car accident in which he suffered from permanent spinal injuries. Camo managed to recover after more than 11 procedures, 2 operations, and living in pain for more than two years. He still has to see a pain management specialist for the rest of his life due to his ailments, but that wouldn’t stop Camo from doing what he wants. In fact, his new life motivated him more, gave his talents a new way to unleash, and allowed him to push his limits.

Spending time in rehab and not being able to contact his family, his son, was difficult. But that was when he

decided to be something, to make something of his own, to produce and release I.G.H.T.Y. This project will always be the giant chip on Camo’s shoulder and will transform him into a more aware person.

Camo’s music influences include his team at Mix Therapy, SNStudio, RnB Sanga, DJ SunShyne, Trell Delord, and more.

He loves them and considers them his music family. Besides these influences, Camo’s son is a significant motivational factor for him.

Apart from being a musical artist, Camo is also a proud Robotics teacher at the local STEM Program. Some glimpses of Camo’s life make sure to follow him on social media.

DotCom: One of the best unknown recording/mixing engineers in Atlanta

Industry Spotlight

DotCom: One of the best unknown recording/mixing engineers in Atlanta

Stephen Farrow, who goes by the musician name “DotCom,” is a GRAMMY-nominated recording and mix engineer, music industry veteran. Originally from Montgomery, Alabama, he has since become a part of the Atlanta music scene, getting his start within the hip-hop genre in the early 2000’s.

His original interest in the music world began at a young age. Having grown up surrounded by music, and with a gospel musician uncle who would let him experiment on mixers and sound-boards, he first began creating his music with friends in high school. Around this time, an experience in a Birmingham, Alabama studio left him hooked and determined to pursue music for a living. From that first taste, he fell in love with the different knobs, buttons, and faders, and all of the effects that they could achieve. He began a deep-dive into music creation, learning about beats, vocals, mixing, and everything in-between. From there he went on to go to Omnitech for digital media, and in 2014 became a recording engineer for Quality Control Studios. He has since worked with artists such as Cardi BNick CannonLil YachtyMigos, and more.

For him, mixing is a real passion, and he views the studio as a sanctuary and a retreat. It is the one place he wants to be, both on good days and bad. Through the music that he mixes, he hopes to form connections to others and to pass on the good vibes and incredible feelings that he gets from being in the studio. He hopes that the music he mixes will encourage listeners to connect to the listening experience; to dance when happy, to sing when inspired, to relax after a long day. Having had the opportunity to work with some of the top talents in the country, these experiences have cemented within him that the music industry is where he is truly meant to be, and he continuously puts forward his best work and strives to break barriers both for himself, and those whom he represents. He knows the cut-throat nature of the industry and has experienced it firsthand. Despite this, he has only become more driven to continue mixing, as it allows him to pursue his dreams while supporting the goals and ambitions of those whom he represents.

Having gone through numerous jobs throughout his life, from banker to warehouse worker, music and his dedication for mixing has taught him never to give up and to work hard to get where you want to be, and this is something he hopes to pass on to his clientele. Currently, he is dedicated to discovering and working with the youth of Atlanta, Georgia. His current project is with seventeen-year-old North Carolina artist, Luh Bri: a talented trap girl artist with a powerful flow and commanding style. He views signing artists and producers as his most significant achievement thus far, and the opening of the next chapter in his book, and he will continue to be entirely dedicated to the music, his craft, and creating the best tracks he can produce.

Currently, in addition to weighing in with The Hype Magazine, he is a featured product reviewer on the kaoticaeyeball.com site and can be found online at mixedbydotcom.com

[Video] K1NG ZOE – FEEL1NG AMAZ1NG | @K1NG_ZOEBSG

Videos

There’s a new rap king on the rise and his name is K1NG ZOE. Hailing from Miami, Florida, the lyricist is making waves with his debut single “FEEL1NG AMAZ1NG” as his powerful lyrics bring feel good music back to its essence.

Encouraging others to always feel good about themselves, despite the pressures of society, “FEEL1NG AMAZ1NG” will have people’s mood in high spirits from sun up to sun down.

Following in the footsteps of some of his rap mentors like Trick Daddy, Rick Ross, Ice Billion Berg, Billy Blue, Jay-Z, ZRO, and Wiz Khalifa, to name a few, K1NG ZOE explains why he’s on a mission to infuse empowering meaningful lyrics back into music:

“My music is inspirational and it is very relatable. As people sing the lyrics to my songs, they have so much passion because it’s not just a good hook and a fire beat. It’s their life story! I say the things that people want to express, but aren’t sure how others will view them after it’s been said. Everybody wants to be the “toughest gangsta” in a lot of Rap songs today but my music explores the importance of being human, making mistakes, and learning from them to turn mistakes into income.”

K1NG ZOE, a retired US Navy vet, has had an innate love for music since he was a child. In middle school he participated in the school’s band ensemble, furthering his passion for music. While on active duty, he served as a Hospital Corpsmen and it was during his tour in Afghanistan where he started writing about his experiences while there. Upon his return to the states and while continuing to serve his country, he began to record and release his music through the popular global music platforms, “SoundCloud” and “DatPiff Mixtapes.”

“Lines of a King” was his first released mixtape which was played first by DJ 100K in December of 2012. Since then K1NG ZOE has been honorably discharged and has fully devoted himself to fulfilling his appetite for music.

Always having the true spirit of a leader, K1NG ZOE started his own company “Black Sneaker Entertainment” that encompasses a radio station as well as a record label. He is now slated to release a catalog of new music with up and coming artists under Black Sneaks Entertainment/Against All Odds Music Group. Currently working on his debut EP “Season of Revenge” for 2019, K1NG ZOE will also blow you away with his singles “73 featuring Ice Billion Berg” and “FRANCO L1NK.”

Speaking of “FRANCO L1NK,”he explains,

“Everyone measures how successful you are by comparing it to some material worth. They’re checking for how big your crib is or the type of foreign you drive. As for myself, a Franco Link is my chaining day. No pun intended. After the countless sacrifices made to reach my pinnacle, a Franco Link speaks for it all. I want to be able to have the power to make a phone call and change someone’s life completely. And while doing it, that Franco Link will sit just right.”

K1NG ZOE is just getting started and it has been a very promising start. As with all great creators, he has embarked on fulfilling his entrepreneurial vision. Stay tuned as he declares,

“My only limit is that which I impose on myself.

[Video] @WavyBanx ‘My Fault’

Videos

Eric Johnson, also known as Wavy Banx is a Greensboro, North Carolina native currently residing in Atlanta, GA.

After graduating from college in North Carolina, Banx wasn’t surrounded around much motivation. Many of his childhood friends either turned to drugs or the streets, so Banx had to make a decision on the type of person who he wanted to become.

Isolating himself, he began to pursue and practice music as a way to channel his frustrations. Many people who graduated knew what they wanted to do, but it just wasn’t the same for Banx. Music opened up another avenue for him to express himself.

He practiced the craft by taking up freestyling and other styles of music. He also found lots of inspiration from his childhood when his dad would send him CDs to listen to while he was deployed. Fast-forward, Banx has released a few singles to the public and plans to release more music and videos to garner the attention of industry heads.

When asked about his inspiration, he says he’s inspired by many artists but most importantly, Lil Wayne, Tupac, and Juicy J. Versatility is important to Banx, so he says he loves to create music that can put you into various moods. He plans to release his first project “Rachet and Rewarding” and also plans to roll-out more content for his growing fanbase.

“This year, I’m going to make people feel me.  Just watch.
