The purpose of this album was to kick off the new year with a positive approach, with 8 songs that are in 8 different moods. This album not only defines who I am and how I think, but it highlights a lot of situations I’ve faced and had to overcome. Situations that others may have gone through and can relate too. When it comes to being an artist and creating content, my main focus when dropping this album was to increase my audience and the amount of listeners I have on Spotify, and in general. “Ambrose” the album isn’t just something you listen to, it’s something you hear and feel.

Atlanta rising star Clay James just revealed the full line-up for his ‘Clay James & Friends’ Stage during SXSW in Austin, Texas presented by Strictly 4 Da Streets. This concert series started in Savannah, Georgia which is James’ hometown and it featured some of the areas hottest acts. Due to the success of the first show, Clay decided to bring the concert series to Atlanta, and it was a sold out show. Now it’s time for Austin to get a glimpse of what Clay James and his Playas Club Music Group movement has to offer. There is no better time for James to showcase his talent as well as his artists’ than during the SXSW Music Festival in Austin, Texas. As a lot of you may recall James went to SXSW and performed on a number of stages in 2016 and that is how he caught the eyes of hip hop legend Snoop Dogg and his Doggystyle Records imprint, then the rest was history. Clay James & Friends Concert will be held on March 18th 12-6p at Tellers 607 Trinity Street Austin, Texas and it features some big independent acts from all over the country as well as the entire Playas Club Music Group roster.
